Catherine and Nollan first met in the fall of 2022 through mutual friends, Lillie and James Carman, at The Nodding Donkey. They were immediately smitten with each other, but had to cross paths a number of times before the invisible string finally pulled them together! After their first date at Jalisco Norte, they quickly became inseparable, bonding over family, music, movies, travel and everything in between (even though Nollan still does not share his ice cream). Nollan proposed on March 29, 2025, during a picnic at the Dallas Arboretum to celebrate her birthday. From a brief meeting at a sports bar to a lifetime of love and laughter, Catherine and Nollan can’t wait to celebrate their wedding day with you on April 11, 2026, in the city where their love story began!
