The AT&T Discovery District – conveniently located across the street from The Adolphus, this new downtown destination combines tech, culture and entertainment with multilevel dining destinations including over 16 restaurants/bars and year-round pop-ups!

The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden – a lush landscape of blooming gardens spanning 66 acres, the gardens are a premier venue for lovers of horticulture and where Nollan proposed to Catherine!

Perot Museum of Nature & Science: the museum has a mission to inspire minds through nature and science. The Perot Museum delivers exciting, engaging and innovative visitor and outreach experiences through its education, exhibition, and research and collections programming for children, students, teachers, families and life-long learners.

Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza: for the history buffs, the museum is located on the sixth floor of the Dallas County Administration Building, formerly the Texas School Book Depository, in downtown Dallas, Texas, overlooking Dealey Plaza at the intersection of Elm and Houston Streets. The museum examines the life, times, assassination, and legacy of United States President John F. Kennedy, and the life of Lee Harvey Oswald, as well as the various conspiracy theories surrounding the assassination.

The Dallas Museum of Art – home to 24,000 works of art from all around the world showcasing works of Georgia O’Keefe, Claude Monet and Vincent van Gogh.

The Dallas World Aquarium – showcasing aquatic animals like sharks, rays, sea turtles and diverse fish species and known for its many exhibits and conservation efforts.

Shopping downtown and nearby – experience Dallas shopping while you are in town at North Park Center, Highland Park Village, Bishop Arts District (Nollan & Catherine's favorite Saturday spot!), West Village and The Market Shops at Dallas Farmers Market.
